While we had the typical difficult start expected on the show, Chef Ramsay was pleased with our progress and happy with his food and service when he visited us after filming.

Chef Ramsay helped us develop three stunning tapas choices: Stewed Garbanzo Beans with Peppers, Onions, and Tomatoes; Spanish Lamb Meatballs in Tomato Sauce, and Bacon-Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Blue Cheese, Topped with Sherry Vinaigrette. These are in addition to our more than 28 varieties of tapas — both hot and cold — to whet your appetite.
