The first Spanish restaurant in New Jersey opened in 1963 by our grandparents, Antonio and Estrella Martinez.
They dreamed of bringing excellent Spanish cuisine to New Jersey. It was difficult introducing this new cuisine, but little did they know the effect it would have on dining in New Jersey.
